There is Premier League action to look forward to this weekend with Arsenal the biggest side to take the field during Saturday's action.
Thanks to the winter break the Premier League is currently enjoying, there are only two games on Saturday but both will be televised in the early and late slots.
The first of these matches sees Arsenal try to end their poor form against Crystal Palace at the Emirates, a game Mikel Arteta's side are the overwhelming favourites to win. In the evening, Brentford host Nottingham Forest in a Premier League fixture between two teams scrapping in the bottom half of the table.
Here's all you need to know about the Premier League action taking place this Saturday.
Premier League fixtures today - Saturday 20 January
Arsenal vs Crystal Palace
- Location: London, England
- Stadium: Emirates Stadium
- Date: Saturday 20 January
- Kick-off Time: 12:30 GMT / 07:30 ET / 04:30 PT
- Referee: Paul Tierney
- VAR: Stuart Attwell
Arsenal's Premier League title challenge under manager Arteta has taken a serious hit in recent weeks with the Gunners winning only one of their last five matches, also being knocked out of the FA Cup by Liverpool.
For that reason, Arteta might view a home game against this stuttering Palace side as an ideal opportunity to get three points and restore some confidence in his players. The likes of Bukayo Saka and Martin Odegaard have lost some of their spark recently.
Arsenal are still without players like Jurrien Timber, Thomas Partey and Fabio Vieira through injury, while Takehiro Tomiyasu and Mohamed Elneny are away on international duty. As for Palace, Michael Olise is still out and Jordan Ayew is at the Africa Cup of Nations, so they have lost a lot of their attacking prowess.
The home team may be in poor form right now, but they really ought to get all three points on Saturday and do it with an exciting performance that gets the atmosphere going at the Emirates.

Brentford vs Nottingham Forest
- Location: London, England
- Stadium: G-tech Community Stadium
- Date: Saturday 20 January
- Kick-off Time: 17:30 GMT / 12:30 ET / 09:30 PT
- Referee: Darren England
- VAR: Michael Salisbury
This is the sort of fixture that can appear like a non-entity at a glance, but at this point in the season, it is a massive occasion for Brentford and Forest as both seek to avoid being dragged into the relegation scrap.
It's 15th against 16th with Forest sat higher by one extra point having played a game more than the Bees. 18th-placed Luton Town are only four points back from Forest, so both teams are nervously looking over their shoulders.
Brentford need to snap out of some really poor form, losing their last five league games and also exiting the FA Cup to Wolves last time out. However, they are boosted by the return of star striker Ivan Toney from his ban and his return could be the difference between relegation and safety - assuming he stays at the club this month.
It will be a really big occasion in London on Saturday night and one that should be played out in front of a noisy and desperate crowd.
