Gameweek 19 of the 2022/23 Premier League season is in the books, and what a gameweek it was.

Harry Kane was back to his best, Chelsea continued to be bad and Man Utd maintained their resurgence under Erik ten Hag.

And after all that fun, here's our team of the week:

GK - Bernd Leno - Arguably the most surprising performer of the season thus far, Bernd Leno has been consistently exceptional for Fulham. On Tuesday he was at his best against Leicester City, earning himself a man of the match award for his heroics.

RB - Matt Doherty - We'll never fully understand why Emerson Royal was first choice ahead of Matt Doherty at the start of the season. Now rightfully Spurs' first choice right wing-back, Doherty has been in great form of late and bagged himself a rare goal in the win over Crystal Palace.

CB - Fabian Schar - The Premier League's meanest defence were at it again in Gameweek 19, keeping Arsenal at bay at the Emirates Stadium. Key to that clean sheet was the imperious performance of Fabian Schar.

CB - John Stones - The England international put on a passing clinic against Chelsea, successfully completing 98% of his 89 attempted passes.

LB - Luke Shaw - The full-back bagged himself an ultra rare goal in the win over Bournemouth. How rare you ask? Well it was his first since Premier League goal since the 2020/21 campaign so pretty damn rare.

RM - Bryan Mbeumo - It's a massive understatement to say that Liverpool couldn't lay a glove on Mbeumo at the Gtech Community Stadium this week. He was utterly brilliant and bagged a deserved goal.

CM - Pascal Gross - The German was in fine form for high-flying Brighton at Goodison Park, scoring a goal and winning the midfield battle with consummate ease.

CM - Casemiro - You could probably put Casemiro in every team of the week so far this season. The Brazilian is too good. TOO GOOD.

LM - Wilfried Gnonto - The young Italian has been highly rated for quite a while, and now he's really starting to show why. Gnonto was in electric form in the 2-2 draw with West Ham, bagging one of the better goals scored by anyone this past week.

ST - Evan Ferguson - The 18-year-old Irishman bagged himself a goal and an assist in Brighton's thumping win over Everton at Goodison Park. Ireland look to have a real player on their hands here.

ST - Harry Kane - He's been quietly having a brilliant season on an individual level, and against Crystal Palace the England captain was in imperious form once again. He's now only a few goals shy of Jimmy Greaves' Tottenham record.
