Real Madrid bounced back from this week's 4-2 loss at Girona with a win by the same scoreline against Almeria on Saturday.

Los Blancos have a busy few weeks ahead and were in need of picking themselves up for the run-in.

Here's what's on the horizon for Real Madrid...

Real Sociedad vs Real Madrid - La Liga

Real Sociedad are on course for their first Champions League berth since 2013 and a clash with the competition's current holders will be a good acid test.

Unfortunately for Sociedad, they not only have Real to contend with in their concluding six domestic fixtures, but Barcelona and Atletico Madrid, too.

Madrid's head-to-head record against La Real provides pleasant reading for Madridistas, last tasting defeat in 2020. However, the six games since have produced three draws and wins apiece for Real, showing another encounter could be on the cards.

Another day, another important fixture for Carlo Ancelotti's side. But this time it's the Copa del Rey final.

Osasuna have won just one of their last 20 meetings with cup final Real, but will enter this contest with belief they can push that gut-wrenching record to one side.

Madrid have arguably had the harder lead-up to the final, having navigated through their city rivals Atletico and table-topping Barcelona with ease.

But a final is different. It's whoever can hold their nerve on the big stage, and unfortunately for Osasuna, finals are Madrid's bread and butter.

Real Madrid vs Manchester City - Champions League

The Spanish giants will look to dump another English side out of the Champions League when Real face Pep Guardiola's Manchester City, who are enjoying an incredible patch of form.

Unbeaten in 17 games in all competitions, Madrid have the most challenging opponent possible as they bid to reach another final, this time in Istanbul, a city synonymous with brilliany European finals.

Revenge will be on the minds of the City players, with last season's dramatic exit at the hands of Rodrygo and Karim Benzema still fresh.

Real Madrid vs Getafe - La Liga

Wedged in between an enthralling two-legged Champions League contest is a game against relegation battlers Getafe.

The visitors may benefit from a weakened Madrid side should Ancelotti look to rest a handful of their top-tier roster, but even their second-choice stars will likely be enough to sweep them aside.

Getafe have also never won at the Santiago Bernabeu, with their last win against Madrid dating back to the 2008/09 season. Can the away side end their hapless streak with a memorable victory mid-May?

Manchester City vs Real Madrid - Champions League

The first leg is yet to be played, but we know both teams would have gone full throttle at the Bernabeu to gain the upper hand heading into this Manchester-based showdown.

City have lost just one game at home in all competitions this season and that was courtesy of a 98th-minute winner from Brentford's Ivan Toney.

It may come down to small margins and Ancelotti will rely on his talismanic Benzema to unleash his inner Toney if the going gets tough, which it is likely to. However, City have Erling Haaland in their ranks this time around and he could prove the difference between the two European heavyweights.

Valencia vs Real Madrid - La Liga

Oh, how the mighty have fallen. Spearheaded by Ruben Baraja, the once-brilliant Valencia sit two places above the drop and are seriously flirting with relegation.

Despite their recent fall off, Valencia are no joke and will fondly remember their 4-1 drubbing over Madrid, which happened just three years ago when Carlos Soler scored a hat-trick of penalties.
