Real Madrid squad ratings on EA Sports FC 24

The 2023/24 season is underway and the excitement surrounding the release of EA Sports' new football game is building. After cutting ties with FIFA, EA Sports are heading in a different direction and have created their own game due for release in September 2023.

EA Sports FC 24 won't be drastically different from previous iterations which gamers grew to love (and hate), with Ultimate Team crucially continuing as a game mode. We've reached the point when ratings for the game's top players are starting to be released.

Top rated Real Madrid players in EA Sports FC 24

Karim Benzema was Real Madrid's highest-rated player in FIFA 23 but he is now plying his trade in the Saudi Pro League. Thus, Thibaut Courtois has emerged as the highest-rated Blancos player on EA Sports FC 24 after yet another excellent season. The Belgian was rated 90 last time out and he has held onto that rating, the only player in the squad to break out of the 80s.

As was expected, there have been slight downgrades for Toni Kroos (86) and Luka Modric (87) as their age finally starts to show and their influence wanes, although Real Madrid's new crop of exciting young midfielders have been enjoying some major upgrades in their rankings.

Jude Bellingham (86), Federico Valverde (88), Aurelien Tchouameni (84) and Eduardo Camavinga (82) are now some of the best-ranked midfielders in the world after upgrades, although Bellingham's already looks like it needs to be revised given how well he is currently playing. Camavinga was criminally just 79 rated in FIFA 23.

Rodrygo, rated 81 last time out, has received an expected big upgrade after his coming-of-age campaign in the Spanish capital. The Brazilian registered 30 goal contributions in all competitions last season and proved himself to be capable of delivering when it mattered most for Carlo Ancelotti's side. He is now rated 85.

On the contrary, the previously 83-rated Ferland Mendy suffered a slight downgrade following his quiet season which was once again hindered by injuries. He is now 82-rated, whilst exciting summer arrival Arda Guler has been given a first rating of 77.
