Shakhtar Donetsk midfield starlet Georgiy Sudakov is emerging as a player of interest to a host of leading clubs in the Premier League and across Europe, 90min understands.
The 21-year-old has come through Shakhtar's youth academy like Chelsea winger Mhykailo Mudryk and is now one of their key players following a breakthrough campaign in 2022/23.
Attacking midfielder Sudakov is also now a firm part of the Ukraine squad which just narrowly missed out on automatic qualification for Euro 2024.
Sudakov's display for both Shakthar and Ukraine have seen him become one of the most talked about young talents in Europe and it is widely expected he will be on the move next year.
Juventus, Napoli and Borussia Dortmund have been leading the chase for Sudakov and first showed an interest during the summer. But sources have now confirmed to 90min that his talents have increasingly emerged as a player of huge potential a host of rivals.
90min can reveal that in addition to Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Bayer Leverkusen, his talents are also now on the radars of most of the Premier League's elite. Arsenal, Manchester City, Newcastle United and West Ham United have all watched him closely in recent months and it is believed they were all in Leverkusen on Monday to see him feature for Ukraine against Italy.
Sudakov's links to the Premier League have grown stronger since the summer and in a recent interview he admitted talking to close friend Mudryk about the prospect of moving to England.
"Misha [Mudryk] is my close friend and we talk a lot," he explained to the Daily Telegraph. "I already received some precious advice from him, in case I move to England. How to adapt, how it's not easy to get into the pace of the game, so for me it's very useful advice.
"He recommends moving to a top championship like the Premier League as quickly as possible because to develop your game it helps to adapt more quickly, physically and psychologically.
"Misha has got huge potential and perhaps one of the reasons why you didn't see him at the top level in England yet is because he is saying there is not such a player like a Sudakov who constantly delivers with top passes and assists for him!"
