Timo Werner registered an assist and won a penalty as Chelsea remained unbeaten under Thomas Tuchel with a 2-1 win over Sheffield United.
After struggling for much of the first half, Chelsea finally discovered their rhythm just before the break. Ben Chilwell found Werner with a clipped ball down the line and the German then pulled it back for Mount to stroke home.
Just before the hour mark, the Blues gifted their hosts a way back into the game with Antonio Rudiger poking the ball past the onrushing Edouard Mendy and into his own net.

Four minutes later Aaron Ramsdale brought Timo Werner down in the box. After a VAR review, a penalty was given, which Jorginho stroked home to restore Chelsea's lead. The Blades registered little in response, allowing the Blues to coast to a win that moves them up to fifth in the Premier League table.
Here are your player ratings from Bramall Lane...
SHEFFIELD UNITED
1. Goalkeeper & defenders
Aaron Ramsdale (GK) - 4/10 - Can count himself lucky to not have been sent off for his challenge on Werner. Also completed a disappointing eight of his 24 long balls.

John Egan (CB) - 6/10 - His passing was often wild. Positioned himself fairly well, completing four interceptions.
Kean Bryan (CB) - 6/10 - Did okay on the ground and won most of his aerial battles.
2. Wing-backs & midfielders
Jayden Bogle (RWB) - 6/10 - Ventured forward frequently. One burst into the box in the first half was particularly impressive.
John Lundstram (CM) - 5/10 - Worked hard but did not get much breaking for him.
Oliver Norwood (CM) - 6/10 - The best of the hosts' midfielders. He offered some resistance, registering a combined five tackles and interceptions.

Andreas Christensen (CB) - 7/10 - After an early lapse, he performed well. Saying that he was rarely challenged.
