Cody Gakpo puts his side in the lead, joining Bergkamp, Sneijder and Neeskens as Dutch players to score in 3 consecutive World Cup matches! π€

Let's kick things off with the man of the moment. Cody Gakpo's price tag is going up and up and up.
His third goal of the tournament came early on against Qatar as he flexed his quality to drive right at the hosts' defence and power home.
2. Marcus Rashford vs Wales
WHAT A HIT!! π€―

Marcus Rashford with a gorgeous free-kick to give England the lead! π₯#BBCWorldCup #BBCFootball pic.twitter.com/nqovEb64kv
A Marcus Rashford with confidence has the potential to be one of the deadliest forwards at the entire tournament.
Clearly feeling himself in England's win over Wales, Rashford opened the scoring with this scortching free-kick, before adding a second that wasn't half bad either.
3. Julian Alvarez vs Poland
Too hot to handle from Julian Alvarez! π₯#BBCWorldCup #WorldCup pic.twitter.com/rCLGHxMp95
β Match of the Day (@BBCMOTD) November 30, 2022
Argentina's firing line hasn't reached full strength just yet, but this strike from Julian Alvarez suggested they're figuring things out.
Manchester City's summer arrival picked up the ball in the box and shrugged off a Poland defender before arrowing an unstoppable strike into the top corner. Easy.
4. Luis Chavez vs Saudi Arabia
LUIS CHAVEZ THAT IS OUTRAGEOUS π
β BBC Sport (@BBCSport) November 30, 2022
What a way to score your first goal for Mexico π₯#BBCFootball #BBCWorldCup pic.twitter.com/eCRMvcdKYz
Perhaps the goal of the round came from Mexico's Luis Chavez, who thundered home this sublime free-kick to help his country see off Saudi Arabia.
Chavez nearly had a second free-kick later as well, but the goalkeeper was even to it.
5. Salem Al-Dawsari vs Mexico
HEARTBREAK FOR MEXICO π
β BBC Sport (@BBCSport) November 30, 2022
Saudi Arabia's stoppage time goal ensures that Poland, along with Argentina, go through to the last 16 of the #FIFAWorldCup π€―#BBCWorldCup #BBCFootball
This man has had some tournament.
While Saudi Arabia are heading home, Salem Al-Dawsari will live long in the memory, with this smart team move capping off a prolific winter for the Al-Hilal winger.
6. Mathew Leckie vs Denmark
WHAT A GOAL!!
β BBC Sport (@BBCSport) November 30, 2022
Matthew Leckie with a massive goal for his country! Australia now heading through as it stands π¦πΊ#BBCWorldCup #BBCFootball pic.twitter.com/EnC8d2hx7J
Mathew Leckie weaved and bobbed his way around the Denmark defence to send Australia through to the next round.
There's not a lot of power in his strike, but it's the accuracy and the deception of nutmegging his defender that leaves the Danish stopper clueless.
7. Kai Havertz vs Costa Rica
π They couldn't could they?
β ITV Football (@itvfootball) December 1, 2022
π©πͺ Havertz hands them hope!#ITVFootball | #FIFAWorldCup pic.twitter.com/J2WUY34Tw3
Amid all the chaos of Germany's elimination from the World Cup, Kai Havertz actually netted a really nice goal.
Some nice team passing and glorious flicks in the penalty box turned a scrappy move into a smart one, finished off by a nice dink from the Chelsea man.
8. Ritsu Doan vs Spain
The goal which started an incredible comeback for Japan π―π΅#BBCWorldCup #BBCFootball pic.twitter.com/mTaIaTcPpj
β BBC Sport (@BBCSport) December 1, 2022
Unai Simon hasn't really covered himself in glory this winter and he underwhelmed once again as he failed to deal with the power of this strike from Ritsu Doan.
The Japan substitute unleashed a rocket from the edge of the box which ultimately proved too strong for Simon.
9. Hakim Ziyech vs Canada
Oh no, Milan Borjan! π¬
β BBC Sport (@BBCSport) December 1, 2022
A stinker from the Canada goalkeeper and Morocco's Hakim Ziyech takes full advantage.
It's bad news for Belgium!

A nervy backpass and a shocker from the goalkeeper handed Hakim Ziyech a goal on a plate here.
That being said, the Chelsea man still had a fair bit of work to do to control his effort, looping the ball over two defenders and guiding it into the back of an empty net.
10. Giorgian de Arrascaeta vs Ghana
Giorgian de Arrascaeta is at the double! π₯

A teasing ball by Luis Suarez and an emphatic finish by Giorgian De Arrascaeta, who is approaching breakout star territory.
The Flamengo midfielder's tournament may be over, but the transfer rumours may just be getting started.
11. Remo Freuler vs Serbia
The flick backwards! π€€
β ITV Football (@itvfootball) December 2, 2022
Simply superb build-up play for the goal as Switzerland retake the lead π¨ππ·πΈ#ITVFootball | #FIFAWorldCup pic.twitter.com/ND0ytYYHgk
A glorious team goal to seal Switzerland's place in the last 16 of the World Cup.
Nottingham Forest's Remo Freuler finshed this move off with a nice volley, but it's all about the backheel flick from Ruben Vargas. Jeez.
