The last time Arsenal finished above Tottenham in the Premier League table

Arsenal will be able to celebrate St Totteringham's Day for the first time in several years if they beat West Ham on Sunday.
Fans of Arsenal and Tottenham are known to toast coming above their most bitter rivals in the table, but fans on the southern end of north London have had scarce joy in this department for a while.
The Gunners are currently 20 points clear of Spurs at the top of the Premier League standings, and one more victory will be enough to ensure that the Lilywhites would not be able to mathematically leapfrog them in the table.
So, when was the last time that Arsenal were able to hold these bragging rights over Tottenham? Let's jump in the time machine.
When was the last time Arsenal finished above Tottenham?
The last season in which Arsenal came above Spurs was 2015/16, which was famous for Leicester City's title win.
This was achieved in part due to a Tottenham collapse of epic proportions. For much of the second half of the season, Mauricio Pochettino's side were the closest challengers to Leicester, though were never quite able to keep pace with them.
Spurs went on to pick up just two points from the last 12 available to them, ceding second place to an Arsenal team who ended the year strongly.
Ironically, Tottenham would finish above Arsenal for the first time in 22 years the following season, even though Arsene Wenger's Gunners picked up more points than the previous campaign.
Pochettino would never finish below Arsenal again during his tenure at Spurs, with Jose Mourinho ensuring he finished above Arteta's men too.
Antonio Conte rallied Tottenham to a top-four finish last year ahead of the Gunners, but there has been no doubt who north London belongs to this season.
