Tottenham remain without long-term absentees Rodrigo Bentancur, Yves Bissouma, Hugo Lloris and Ryan Sessegnon.
Assistant manager Cristian Stellini will take charge again in the continued absence of Antonio Conte. He confirmed on Friday that the head coach could be back soon, while everyone who was fit to face West Ham last week is available for this match.

After suffering a concussion against Southampton last week, Cesar Azpilicueta will not take part for Chelsea this time around.
Potter will also be without Armando Broja, Christian Pulisic and N'Golo Kante, though Potter revealed everyone else has trained this week.

After returning to winning ways against West Ham and maintaining their 100% record with Stellini at the helm, you'd imagine this will be Spurs' best chance to snap their winless streak against Chelsea.
Potter has failed to make his new side look anything like the ruthless teams of the last two decades, retaining a soft underbelly more associated with his Brighton sides.
