The lunchtime kickoff on Saturday will Tottenham host Leeds United with Jose Mourinho's side getting the chance to play, having had their midweek match with Fulham postponed only hours before kick off.

With a record high number of positive coronavirus tests amongst Premier League staff and players reported this week, Spurs' fixture was the third to have been delayed due to an outbreak at a club this season.

The outbreak was within the Fulham camp meaning Mourinho's side are unaffected, meaning this weekend's game is due to take place.

Spurs sit seventh in the table, without a win in four and have struggled to find the fluidity that was so prevalent earlier in the season. That is not the case for Marcelo Bielsa's Leeds, who are enjoying life back in the Premier League.

Three points for Leeds would take them level on points with the north London club, while Spurs themselves could move up to third with a win. Here's everything you need to know about this one.

Team News

Tottenham are set to be without Giovani Lo Celso and Gareth Bale - the Welshman was withdrawn in their EFL Cup tie at Stoke last week after picking up an injury. Carlos Vinicius is also a doubt.

Leeds remain without their captain, Liam Cooper, who is still suffering from the abdominal issue that kept him out of their win over Burnley.

Bielsa is also missing long term absentee Robin Koch with a knee injury, and Mateusz Klich picked up a knock in midweek, so is touch and go.

Predicted lineups

Tottenham: Lloris; Aurier, Dier, Alderweireld, Reguilon; Hojbjerg, Sissoko; Bergwijn, Kane, Son.

Leeds: Meslier, Dallas, Ayling, Struijk, Alioski; Phillips; Raphinha, Rodrigo, Klich, Harrison; Bamford.

Recent Form

Spurs are currently in a bit of a rut, without a league win since their 2-0 victory over Arsenal at the start of December.

Harry Kane and Heung-min Son's goals seem to have dried up somewhat, meaning that Spurs have managed only 11 goals in their last ten league games. A late Romain Saiss headed equaliser last time out meant that Mourinho's men dropped yet more points.

Leeds' topsy turvy season continued over the Christmas period. A thumping defeat at the hands of Man Utd was followed up with a 1-0 win over Burnley and 5-0 win over Sam Allardyce's West Brom.

Bielsa's formation, which allows practically all five forward players freedom to move and interchange, has worked well, as they are the league's fourth highest scorers. Patrick Bamford, Raphinha and Jack Harrison, have looked particularly impressive.

Here's how they have both got on in their last five fixtures.

Tottenham

Wolves 1-1 Tottenham (27/12)
Stoke 1-3 Tottenham (23/12)
Tottenham 0-2 Leicester (20/12)
Liverpool 2-1 Tottenham (16/12)
Crystal Palace 1-1 Tottenham (13/12)

Leeds

West Brom 0-5 Leeds (29/12)
Leeds 1-0 Burnley (27/12)
Manchester United 6-2 Leeds (20/12)
Leeds 5-2 Newcastle (16/12)
Leeds 1-2 West Ham (11/12)

Prediction

Spurs' defence could be in for a very tricky afternoon, and are unlikely to go toe-to-toe with them as Mourinho's side have looked slightly cagey since they blew a 3-0 lead at home to West Ham in October.

With Tottenham's recent struggles having particularly manifested themselves against teams that sit deep and defend, Leeds certainly won't be doing that.

This could play right into Spurs' hands and if their defence can withstand the pressure from Bielsa's side, Son and Kane could have a field day.

Prediction: Tottenham 3-2 Leeds
