It's Spurs' first outing of the summer and their first game under the guidance of Ange Postecoglou, the new boss tasked with improving on the north London side's eighth place finish in the Premier League last term.
Europa Conference League winners West Ham are yet to make a major summer signing and have lost Declan Rice to Arsenal but the Irons have already played two friendly matches and came out victorious on both occasions.
