After a frustrating 1-1 draw with Wales in their opening fixture, the United States need a significant response when they face England on Friday.

Gregg Berhalter's credentials have been questioned by some disgruntled fans who are already fearing the worst for their side, but fitness concerns may prevent the boss from making any significant changes to his squad.

Here's how he could set up to face England.

GK: Matt Turner - Arsenal's number two remains the USMNT number one.

RB: DeAndre Yedlin - Just how fit Sergino Dest is remains to be seen after he was withdrawn towards the end of the Wales draw. Yedlin may have to take his place for now.

CB: Tim Ream - One of the US' top performers against Wales, Ream will expect to retain his place in the starting XI.

CB: Walker Zimmerman - Zimmerman gave away the decisive penalty last time out but don't expect that to be enough to bench him.

LB: Antonee Robinson - Fulham left-back Robinson is one of a handful of players in the squad who may bring a bit of extra insight on his Premier League opponents.

DM: Tyler Adams - Handed the captaincy for this tournament, expect Adams to play as many minutes as possible. He was very good against Wales.

CM: Brenden Aaronson - Aaronson replaced Weston McKennie after the latter complained of a groin issue and may have to kick things off here in his place.

CM: Kellyn Acosta - Similarly, Yunus Musah couldn't see out the Wales game because of an injury so Acosta may need to start as well.

RW: Timothy Weah - Fresh off scoring his country's first goal this winter, Weah will be raring to go on the right flank.

ST: Haji Wright - Premier League scouts may be more interested in Jesus Ferreira but, as it was Wright who replaced Josh Sargent against Wales, the Antalyaspor is likely to get the nod first up.

LW: Christian Pulisic - Nobody on this team will know more about England than Pulisic, who will be asked to lead by example from the front line.
