USA predicted lineup vs Ghana - International Friendly
- USMNT fell to Germany 3-1 last time out
- Gio Reyna was subbed off at halftime
- Gregg Berhalter could experiment with the team vs Ghana
After falling to Germany 3-1 at the weekend, the US men's national team are back in action as they take on Ghana, a matchup that has featured dramatic contests in years past.
USMNT boss Gregg Berhalter, now back with the team in his second stint, chose a strong lineup to take on the four-time World Cup winners in Germany. His side found the breakthrough via a wonder strike from Christian Pulisic, but after that in the second half, it was all Die Mannschaft.
With a new challenge on the horizon as well as a quick turnaround, here's how Berhalter may lineup against Ghana.
USA predicted lineup vs Ghana ( 4-3-3 )
GK: Matt Turner - The Nottingham Forest player keeps his place in the side.
RB: Joe Scally - Wasn't the best of performances from him, but he'll get another chance to showcase his abilities.
CB: Cameron Carter-Vickers - After a near 30 minute cameo off the bench against Germany, he'll look to feature from the jump.
CB: Tim Ream - Unless Berhalter goes for two right-footed center-backs, Ream looks set to keep his place in the XI as the only left-footed center-back.
LB: DeJuan Jones - The New England Revolution player gets the not after a disappointing showing from Sergiño Dest.
CM: Gio Reyna - Since he only played in the first 45 against Germany, which was already predetermined ahead of the game, he'll be eager to play from the start yet again as he provides too much quality to be left on the bench.
CM: Yunus Musah - Although the US continue to miss Tyler Adams in the middle of the park, Musah has done an exceptional job in filling in for him.
CM: Weston McKennie - One of the first names on the team sheet for Berhalter, and this game is no different for the Juventus player.
RW: Brenden Aaronson - Although he sometimes appears to run around like a headless chicken, Berhalter may want to see what he can bring to the attack by giving Aaronson a start.
ST: Folarin Balogun - He couldn't find the back of the net last time out but will have the chance to do so vs Ghana.
LW: Christian Pulisic - He'll look to continue his scoring ways at GEODIS Park after breaking the deadlock against the 2014 World Cup champions with a beautiful long-range effort.
