This fixture has produced some thrilling encounters in previous World Cups, as Ghana defeated the US in the final group stage match in the 2002 edition, 2-1, before the Stars and Stripes got their revenge in 2014 in the 'group of death,' 2-1.

In addition to his goalscoring ability, the AC Milan forward has also become a playmaker, registering 16 assists for his national team so he'll be a shoe-in for the starting line up.
The injuries of Malik Tillman and Tyler Adams may impact Gregg Berhalter's upcoming lineup, but the coach remains delighted that there are no fresh injury concerns following the defeat to Germany.

That's not say that Ghana don't have a chance, though. Kudus and Antoine Semenyo could prove to be a thrilling partnership in attack, especially with how shaky the US defense has looked at times in Berhalter's return. It will be close, but the USMNT will have enough to get the win at GEODIS Park.
