The US men's national team square off with Trinidad & Tobago in the Concacaf Nations League, as head coach Gregg Berhalter will be forced to make changes to his lineup due to a couple of injuries within the camp.

Just over six years ago, the USMNT came up short against Trinidad & Tobago in World Cup Qualifiers with Christian Pulisic leading the charge, a result that saw them miss out on the 2018 World Cup. Now, the Stars and Stripes will be tasked with winning without 'Captain America,' as well as Tim Weah, with both players hampered with respective thigh injuries.

Thankfully for Berhalter, this isn't World Cup Qualifiers and this US side is very different to what it was six years ago - and they're also taking on the #99 team in the FIFA rankings. His steam should still have enough quality to get the job done in convincing fashion despite not having two key players available. But how might Berhalter choose to lineup without two of his wingers?

GK: Matt Turner - He keeps his place in the XI despite being benched for Nottingham Forest after a string of poor showings.

RB: Sergino Dest - The versatile full-back has shown his quality in recent contests for PSV Eindhoven, keeping his place in the 11.

CB: Chris Richards - A player who continues to improve with every call-up he receives.

CB: Tim Ream - Berhalter's only left-footed center-back who's an experienced leader gets the nod in defense.

LB: Joe Scally - He forms a solid full-back partnershup alongside Dest, with the two eager to bomb up the pitch and get involved in the attacking action.

CM: Yunus Musah - The engine in the midfield, Musah looks to stamp his place in the middle of the park against the Soca Warriors.

CM: Weston McKennie - USA's heart and soul in and around the center circle.

CM: Luca de la Torre - His recent solid showings for Celta Viga haven't gone unnoticed.

RW: Alex Zendejas - A rare start for the Club America player given the injuries at hand in the attacking unit.

ST: Folarin Balogun - There might be shouts for Ricardo Pepi to start, but Balogun has featured more for AS Monaco and is in better form at the moment.

LW: Kevin Paredes - Like Zedejas, Paredes gets a chance on the wing to impress Berhalter ahead of next year's international breaks.
