Villarreal team news
As has been the case for the majority of the season, Villarreal will be without their talisman Gerard Moreno for this one as he remains injured.
The Yellow Submarine's other key attacker, Yeremi Pino, is back after serving a suspension, as is veteran Raul Albiol. Elsewhere, Francis Coquelin and Ruben Pena are unavailable. Etienne Capoue and Giovani Lo Celso will face late fitness tests.
Juventus team news
Max Allegri has several key absentees to deal with ahead of this one. Defence is a particular area of concern with Giorgio Chiellini, Leonardo Bonucci and Daniele Rugani all out.
Luca Pellegrini and Paulo Dybala are also likely to be sidelined too, while Federico Chiesa's season is over too.
Villarreal vs Juventus head-to-head record
Villarreal are fairly new to the continental scene and as such they have never faced off against Juventus before. Anything could happen then...
Villarreal vs Juventus score prediction
Villarreal will be looking to keep things tight at the back in the hope of travelling to Turin in a few weeks and causing an upset.
The Yellow Submarine have a good defensive record under Unai Emery too, so don't be surprised if they can eek out a clean sheet on Tuesday.
However, the signing of Dusan Vlahovic, who will be playing in his first Champions League game, has added significant firepower to the Juve attack.
In the end, a low-scoring draw seems most likely due to the visitors' makeshift defence.
Prediction: Villarreal 1-1 Juventus
