Wales vs Denmark: TV channel, live stream, team news & prediction
By Harry Symeou
Wales take on Denmark in Amsterdam this weekend in the first tie of the knockout stages at Euro 2020.
While Robert Page's side head into the round of 16 fresh off the back of their first defeat at the championships, Denmark go into it having produced an excellent performance against the Russians.
The Danes have the momentum but unlike their opponents, they were unable to rotate players in their final group fixture so it remains to be seen whether fresh legs or confidence will triumph.
While you could argue it's far from being the glamour tie of the round, it is one of the most evenly balanced which makes it all the more fascinating.
Here's 90min's preview of the game...

Wales vs Denmark head-to-head record
These two nations have locked horns on ten occasions previously, with the Danes emerging victorious six times. Wales have won four, and there has actually never been a single draw between them.
The most recent meetings came in the UEFA Nations League back in 2018. Denmark won 2-0 in Aarhus thanks to a brace from Christian Eriksen and ran out 2-1 winners in the Cardiff City Stadium in the return fixture.
Wales vs Denmark score prediction
Having reached this stage, both sides will be desperate to go as far as they can in the knockout rounds.
The Danes showed they can be expansive and exciting in their last fixture, but you can be sure they'll be a bit more pragmatic against a dangerous Wales team.
As for the Welsh, they'll know that if they can keep it tight and defend well they have the quality in the final third to hurt their opponents. This is going to be a close encounter, more than likely decided by just a single goal.
Prediction: Denmark 1-0 Wales
