Gameweek 33 was all about goals.

Erling Haaland secured the Premier League's 38-game season scoring record with his strike in Manchester City's 4-1 win over Arsenal, which may have decided this year's title race - the stand-out statistic from a week which included significant movement all across the table.

Here are the best goals from matchday 33 of the 2022/23 Premier League season.

1. Danilo vs Brighton

Nottingham Forest had to fend off some serious competition to sign Danilo, and goals like this one against Brighton should show you why.

The young Brazilian picked the ball up deep and charged towards goal, lashing a precise strike across the box and into the bottom corner to kick off a monumental victory.

2. Lucas Paqueta vs Liverpool

It looked like West Ham's hot form was set to continue when Lucas Paqueta buried this absolute scorcher from range against Liverpool.

It wasn't to be, however, and a large part of that is down to...

3. Cody Gakpo vs West Ham

Not to be outdone, Cody Gakpo tied things up for Liverpool with his own strike from beyond the box.

Paqueta went high but Gakpo opted for low and precise, drilling the ball into the bottom corner.

4. Kevin De Bruyne vs Arsenal

Haaland's goal doesn't make our list but City are well represented thanks to the genius of Kevin De Bruyne.

Some great hold-up play from the Norwegian set De Bruyne up for a marauding run towards the Arsenal goal which ended with a perfect strike beyond Aaron Ramsdale.

5. Callum Wilson vs Everton

Callum Wilson curled home this gorgeous third in Newcastle's 4-1 demolition of Everton.

It was undoubtedly the best goal from the game, but there's another move which we need to take a bit of a closer look at.

6. Jacob Murphy vs Everton

Jacob Murphy was handed this one on a plate after perhaps the most ridiculous assist you'll see all season from Alexander Isak.

Picking the ball up just inside the Everton half, Isak went right to the byline, ruining no fewer than three players and taking a further four out of the game with his unselfish pass over to Murphy, who could hardly miss.

7. Jadon Sancho vs Tottenham

Jadon Sancho bagged his 11th goal for Manchester United as he arrowed this strike across the crowded Tottenham box.

That's now one goal and one assist in his past three games, with Sancho slowly settling in back in England.

8. Pedro Porro vs Man Utd

If you're going to spark a huge, much-needed comeback, there are worse ways to do it than with a thumping volley.

This past week has featured plenty of criticism of Pedro Porro, but the Tottenham wing-back was not messing around with this one.
