Tottenham have been a bit hit and miss, firing out of the blocks early with some terrific results before crashing back to down earth after three successive defeats. West Ham made a number of changes in midweek for the comfortable 3-0 win over Genk, but it should be business as usual in terms of Premier League selection.
That means a recall in goal for Lukasz Fabianski, solid centre-back duo Kurt Zouma and Angelo Ogbonna, and Michail Antonio up front.
Said Benrahma and Pablo Fornals should also come back into the team, likewise Vladimir Coufal - providing he proves his fitness after a recent niggle. Ben Johnson is on standby.

Spurs also made a raft of changes on Thursday, but Nuno Espirito Santo's plans went up in smoke as Vitesse Arnhem came away with a slender 1-0 win against an inexperienced side.
Hugo Lloris, Son Heung-min and Harry Kane were among those who didn't make the journey to the Netherlands, but they should all be restored to the Spurs starting XI.
In midfield, Tanguy Ndombele is likely to play at the tip of a midfield three, flanked by the more defensive minded Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Oliver Skipp.

History points towards Spurs dominance - they've either won or drawn 151 of those meetings - but things have been a little more even of late.
Last season, the Hammers took four points off Spurs, completing a stunning comeback from 3-0 down to earn a 3-3 draw at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, before a 2-1 win at the London Stadium gave them a huge advantage in the race for Europa League qualification.

It's been an encouraging start to the season for West Ham, both in the Premier League and in Europe.
The Hammers have only lost twice all season, though worryingly both of those defeats have come late on at the London Stadium - against Manchester United and Brentford.
You never really know what you're going to get from Spurs, who are clearly still trying to find their rhythm and identity under new manager Nuno. Results have been mixed, but a decent showing at Newcastle last Sunday suggests a run of goals is on the way for both Kane and Son.
Here, the dynamic duo should get chances, but it could be honours even in a game that should be played out in front of a raucous full house.
