Women's Champions League final 2023: Where to watch, date & start time
The 2022/23 Women's Champions League season will soon reach its conclusion, with only the final between two of the consistently strongest teams of the last decade left to play.
Off the back of a hugely successful Euro 2022 last summer, the Champions League has scaled new heights in 2022/23. Cumulative attendance will break through 650,000 once the final is played, while average attendance per game is already almost 11,000, up from just over 9,000 last season.
Five of the competition's top 10 attendances of all time have come this season, including more than 72,000 and 60,000 at Camp Nou and the Emirates Stadium respectively in the recent semi-finals.
Hundreds of thousands more around the world have also been streaming games.
Teams in the Women's Champions League final
Barcelona are into their third Women's Champions League final and fourth in the last five years after seeing off Roma and Chelsea in the quarter and semi-finals respectively. They ultimatley made light work of the Italians, winning 6-1 on aggregate after a close first leg, but found a tough opponent in Chelsea and were actually held to a draw in the second leg at Camp Nou.
The Catalans last won the trophy in 2021, losing their other finals to Lyon in 2019 and 2022.
For Wolfsburg, the aim is to win a third Women's Champions League title, but a first since 2014. They have had a tough route to the final, their first since 2020, prevailing 2-1 on aggregate against Paris Saint-Germain and then needing extra-time against a bruised Arsenal last time out.
She-Wolves striker Ewa Pajor is the competition's top scorer this season with eight goals.
When is the Women's Champions League final?
This season's Women's Champions League final will be played on Saturday 3 June at the 35,000-capacity Philips Stadion in Eindhoven. The game will kick-off at 15:00 (BST) - 16:00 local time.

Where to watch the Women's Champions League final on TV/live stream
As has been the case in the Women's Champions League all season, the final will be streamed globally by DAZN for free on their dedicated YouTube channel.
How to buy Women's Champions League final tickets
Sold through the KNVB website, there are currently no available tickets for the final. However, any remaining tickets will go on general sale on Monday 15 May at 9:00 (BST).
Ticket prices start at €15 for adults and range to €20 and €25.
What is the prize money for the Women's Champions League final?
Winning the Women's Champions League final alone is worth €350,000 in prize money, with the runners-up to receive €200,000. But both clubs have already racked up prize money for their group stage results and progressing through the rounds of the competition.
For five group stage wins earning €50,000 each, Barcelona have pocketed €250,000, topped up by a further €160,000 as a quarter-finalist and €180,000 as a semi-finalist. Winning the competition could be worth €940,000 to them in total, or €790,000 if they finish runners-up.
Wolfsburg's prize money is slightly different owing to only four group stage wins but two draws, for an initial sub-total of €234,000. The additionals sums for each round are all the same, however, meaning they would finish the season with either €924,000 as winners or €774,000 as runners-up.
