Fresh off the back of a record-breaking Euro 2022, the 2023 Women's World Cup takes place in Australia and New Zealand next summer.

The USA are vying to become the first team in the competition's history to be crowned world champions three tournaments on the bounce, while five nations will be making their Women's World Cup debuts; the Republic of Ireland, the Philippines, Morocco, Vietnam and Zambia.

With 29 of the 32 teams having now booked their place in next summer's tournament, the draw is just around the corner. Here's everything you need to know about the 2023 Women's World Cup draw.

The 2023 Women's World Cup draw will be streamed via the FIFA YouTube channel. The draw is expected to take around an hour to complete.

Who can still qualify for the 2023 Women's World Cup?

A 10 team inter-confederation playoff will take place between 18-23 February 2023 to determine the final three teams for the 2023 World Cup. The teams in the inter-confederation playoffs are:

2023 Women's World Cup draw format

The 32 teams will be divided into four pots determined by Fifa world rankings. Pot one included hosts Australia and New Zealand, plus the six highest ranked teams. The teams will be drawn into eight groups, with one team per pot in each group. With the exception of Uefa, teams from the same federation cannot be drawn in the same group.
