Wrexham fixtures: League Two games for 2023/24 confirmed
Wrexham's fixture list for their return to the Football League in 2023/24 has been confirmed.
The Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds-owned club won the National League title last term to gain automatic promotion to League Two, a division they haven't played in since 2007/08.
While not every lower league fan is happy with the Welsh side's progress, their upwards trajectory seems set to continue. Their first League Two game in around 15 years will see Wrexham host Milton Keynes Dons on the first weekend of August.
Notts County, who were promoted through the dramatic play-offs, were Wrexham's closest challengers last season. The two teams will meet at Meadow Lane in late October and in mid February at the Racecourse Ground.
Wrexham are among the favourites for the League Two title with another summer of investment expected, though the likes of Bradford, Stockport and fellow promotees Notts County will have designs on achieving promotion to the third tier.
A second season of documentary series Welcome To Wrexham has been confirmed following the success of the first Disney release.
