Paris Saint-Germain hold "significant interest" in signing Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernandes, a report has claimed.
The two sides have already been in contact this summer over a deal to take midfielder Manuel Ugarte to Old Trafford, but there could soon be another subject of negotiations as PSG are believed to have made contact with the representatives of Jadon Sancho.
L'Equipe confirm suggestions that PSG and Sancho are in talks, adding that the winger has given his approval on a move to France.
However, this report also states that Sancho is not the only United player of interest to PSG, naming Fernandes as another target for the French side.
Fernandes' future at United was a major topic of discussion earlier this summer before Euro 2024, after admitting that he could consider his future at the club once the tournament had come to a close.
United boss Erik ten Hag has always moved to play down the speculation, while Fernandes reaffirmed his commitment to United across a series of interviews, insisting he will remain at Old Trafford until he is no longer wanted.
While United are not looking to sell Fernandes, reports suggest the 29-year-old is part of a large group of players for whom significant offers could be entertained.
Bayern Munich were touted as suitors earlier this summer, while a move to the Saudi Pro League was also suggested, but PSG now appear to have thrown their hat in the ring for Fernandes' signature.
PSG are looking to replace Kylian Mbappe following his free transfer to Real Madrid. While they did not make any money directly from Mbappe's exit, an agreement with the Frenchman over loyalty bonuses and other contractual clauses, coupled with the removal of his high wages, saw PSG recover close to €200m.
That money is expected to be reinvested in the squad, with Napoli's Victor Osimhen also a concrete target for the French side.
