Real Madrid predicted lineup vs Granada - La Liga

Just three days after their epic victory over Bayern Munich in the Champions League semi-final, Real Madrid are back in La Liga action.

The Champions League finalists, who reached the showpiece event thanks to two late Joselu strikes during their 2-1 win over Bayern, will travel to Granada on Saturday afternoon in a game that means very little for either side. Real Madrid have already been crowned La Liga champions and their weekend opponents would need the mightiest of miracles to avoid relegation.

The 14-time European champions have won their last 15 meetings with Granada, including a 9-1 triumph back in 2015, and they should have little trouble swatting aside La Liga's 19th-placed side.

Carlo Ancelotti, fresh from qualifying for a sixth Champions League final, may hand a number of his most prominent players a rest on Saturday given their efforts midweek, while hero Joselu has earned himself a much-deserved start.

GK: Thibaut Courtois - Played his first match of the season against Cadiz last weekend as he's eased back into action following a serious knee injury. Will be aiming for successive clean sheets.

RB: Lucas Vazquez - With Dani Carvajal having played the entirety of the last two matches, Vazquez should be restored to the starting lineup for this dead rubber.

CB: Antonio Rudiger - The German international was typically combative midweek up against Harry Kane and he should start for Real again this Saturday given his side's lack of central defensive options.

CB: Eder Militao - The Brazilian has been well managed since his return from an ACL injury and has been utilised in La Liga. Yet to concede a goal when starting a match since his comeback.

LB: Fran Garcia - After a significant spell without being called upon, the youngster has started the last two matches in La Liga ahead of Ferland Mendy. That could continue here, ensuring the Frenchman is in peak condition for the Champions League final.

CM: Eduardo Camavinga - An excellent display against Cadiz couldn't prevent the 21-year-old from returning to the bench for the second leg with Bayern, but Aurelien Tchouameni's injury woes should see him back in.

CM: Toni Kroos - The veteran German was a class act again in midweek, though it was once he had been substituted that Madrid got back into the tie against Bayern. Funny old game.

CM: Luka Modric - As he gears up for a sixth Champions League final with Real, Modric is likely to see increased game time in the final La Liga matches of the season. He has started under half of his side's league games this term.

AM: Arda Guler - The youngster has endured a difficult first season in the Spanish capital but has shown signs of life in recent matches. He even scored the winner against Real Sociedad in late April.

ST: Brahim Diaz - The former Milan and Manchester City man has been an able deputy this season, featuring in both attacking midfield and up top. He scored and provided an assist against Cadiz last weekend and will be aiming to punish a porous Granada defence.

ST: Joselu - Real's saviour at the Bernabeu midweek, Joselu's two late efforts are the reason that the Spanish giants have something to look forward to in June. Should receive a hero's welcome from the away supporters at Nuevo Estadio de Los Carmenes.
