Trent Alexander-Arnold 'says yes' to Real Madrid transfer
- Alexander-Arnold in final six months of Liverpool contract
- Right-back a key target for Real Madrid
- Report claims Alexander-Arnold has already approved transfer

Liverpool right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold is reported to have given his approval towards a transfer to Real Madrid in 2025.
Alexander-Arnold is in the final six months of his contract with Liverpool and is known to be Madrid's top transfer target. They have already failed with an approach for a cut-price deal this month and have reportedly begun to accept that a January transfer will not happen.
MARCA, meanwhile, refuse to rule out a January move and predict another approach in the coming weeks.
The confidence stems from claims that Alexander-Arnold has already "said yes" to joining Madrid, who plan to offer Liverpool one final chance to cash in on their right-back before he walks away on a free transfer.
Madrid are equally as happy to wait until the summer to sign Alexander-Arnold for nothing, and so they will not break the bank to sign a player who, allegedly, has already given his approval to joining in the next six months anyway.
A summer transfer appears most likely as neither Liverpool nor Alexander-Arnold are looking to disrupt the Reds' charge for the Premier League title.
Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has been informed that Alexander-Arnold is the only transfer target for the January window, which will pass by without any new signings if the right-back does not join.
