West Ham United and Wolverhampton Wanderers meet in their third 2024/25 pre-season friendly each this weekend in the United States.

The Hammers drew with Hungarian side Ferencvaros in their opening friendly before beating National League outfit Dagenham & Redbridge 1-0 last time out. Andy Irving's second-half strike was the difference between the two teams at the Chigwell Construction Stadium.

Wolves have won both of their pre-season friendlies, kicking off with a 3-0 victory over Championship Bristol City. Their second friendly came against newly-promoted Serie A side Como, but it turned out to be a controversial affair after Hwang Hee-chan reported hearing racist abuse from one of the Como players. Daniel Podence was sent off for throwing a punch shortly after the incident.
